Rules For Birthday Parties
A 40% Non-Refundable Deposit is Required At Time of Booking.
A 30 Day Notice is Required to cancel or reschedule the date of your event.
Remaining Balance is due at least 5 days before the event.
All Events Require A 18% Service Fee.
A 3% credit card fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.
Dessert Table, Cake Stands, Backdrops & Balloons Are NOT INCLUDED.
There Is A 15 Minute Grace Period To Leave After Your Party Is Over Or You Will Be Charged $250. (We Need To Clean, Sanitize & Prep For Next Event)
Backdrops CAN NOT Be Hung On The Walls.
Everyone Entering Our Play Area Must Remove Shoes And Wear Non Slip Socks. In The Event That Our Play Mat Gets Damaged There Will Be A $250 Fee Charged.
